PTI leader Aliya Hamza rearrested in another FIR after 327 days in illegal detention

PTI leader Aliya Hamza has been rearrested in another FIR after 327 days in illegal imprisonment. This time, the FIR has been registered in Mianwali in order to separate her from her family and cause more pain.

Aliya Hamza has been booked and illegally arrested in new sham cases after she was granted bail in her previous FIRs.

Since April 2022, after toppling Imran Khan’s government through a military-backed vote of no-confidence, the Pakistani regime has blatantly violated human rights in an effort to suppress Imran Khan’s movement. These human rights violations include and are not limited to threats, harassment, illegal and arbitrary detentions, abductions, and violence.
