Abbottabad: Omar Ayub’s colleague and Speaker Mushtaq Ghani’s brother arrested outside Abbottabad Court

Omar Ayub’s colleague, Sajid Mehmood, and Speaker Mushtaq Ghani’s brother, Ilyas Ghani, were arrested from outside the Abbottabad High. Since April 2022, after toppling Imran Khan’s government through a military-backed vote of no-confidence, the Pakistani regime has blatantly violated human rights in an effort to suppress Imran Khan’s movement. These human rights violations include and are not limited to threats, harassment, illegal and arbitrary detentions, abductions, and violence.
